As a consumer customer of Clean Kalle Ab Oy, you can earn Bonus from S Group in accordance with the rules of S Group’s co-op member system https://s-etukortti.fi/ao-saannot, as well as these partner-specific terms and conditions.
Who can earn Bonus?
Bonus can be earned by all co-op members of the co-operative societies, as well as by persons belonging to a co-op member household (hereinafter referred to as “Co-op Members”). The Bonus is paid to the primary member of the co-op member household.
Where can Bonus be earned at Clean Kalle Ab Oy?
Bonus is granted on purchases for private use when payment is made at the office’s checkout and the S-Etukortti is used at the payment terminal. In order for the Bonus to be registered, you must identify yourself as a co-op member by using your personal S-Etukortti at the Clean Kalle Ab Oy payment terminal.
You can earn Bonus on the products and services described in the following section when purchased from Clean Kalle Ab Oy.
What purchases qualify for Bonus?
Bonus is granted only for the following purchases for private use:

Products and services (list here the products and services eligible for Bonus) …

Bonus is earned on the total amount of purchases paid by the co-op member to the partner.

Bonus is also earned on purchases calculated based on the VAT-inclusive price after a so-called cash discount or any other applicable discount, such as products sold at promotional prices.
The following purchases do not qualify for Bonus:

Purchases made for business or professional purposes

Purchases for which the co-op member receives reimbursement from an employer, company, sickness fund and/or insurance fund or insurance company

Purchases paid by invoice

Online stores are excluded from the Bonus partnership (this must be agreed separately, as earning Bonus from online stores requires integration with SOK’s systems)
How is Bonus calculated and paid?
Bonus is calculated according to the current Bonus table of your own co-operative society. You can find the Bonus table for your co-operative society at www.s-etukortti.fi/bonus/bonustaulukot/.
The Bonus percentage is determined based on the total amount of eligible Bonus purchases made by the co-op member household during a calendar month.
The co-op member’s purchases are registered as Bonus purchases for the month in which the payment is made. For example, if you pay for a product or service eligible for Bonus in February, the Bonus is registered for February and paid no later than 10 March.
You can check your Bonus purchases in the S-mobiili app (under S-Etukortti / Bonus and purchases) or through the S-Etukortti.fi service.
The Bonus earned from all purchases made by the co-op member household is paid to the primary member no later than the 10th day of the month following the month in which the Bonus was registered.
Customer information and data protection
In order for S Group Bonus to be earned from your purchases, SOK and Clean Kalle Ab Oy need to process your personal data. To calculate and pay the Bonus into the account you have selected with S-Bank, Clean Kalle Ab Oy transfers the amount eligible for Bonus to SOK for registration in S Group’s co-op member and customer register.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct. Clean Kalle Ab Oy, SOK or your co-operative society is not obliged to retrospectively compensate for missing Bonus resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. SOK does not receive information about the exact products purchased – only the total amount eligible for Bonus.
Other terms and conditions
In addition to the provisions concerning the termination of co-op member benefits in the rules of S Group’s co-op member system, the earning of S Group Bonus will cease if the partnership between the co-operative society and Clean Kalle Ab Oy ends.
Clean Kalle Ab Oy reserves the right not to pay S Group Bonus or to reclaim Bonus that has already been paid in cases of misuse.
