The personal data register concerning the processing of personal data for marketing, and for managing customer and stakeholder relationships of Clean Kalle Ab Oy.

The legal basis for processing personal data is the controller’s legitimate interest in processing data and communicating with contact persons of stakeholder groups regarding matters related to their responsibilities.

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, in accordance with this privacy policy.
Inactive personal data is regularly deleted.

7. Regular Disclosures and Transfers Outside the EU or EEA
Data is not regularly disclosed to third parties. Data may be published insofar as agreed with the customer.
Data may be transferred by the data controller outside the EU or EEA. When transferring data outside the EU or EEA, the requirements of data protection legislation are followed, and for example, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses are used when arranging the transfer of data with the data processor.

8. Principles of Register Protection
Care is taken when processing the register, and data processed via information systems is appropriately protected.
When register data is stored on Internet servers, their physical and digital security is appropriately ensured.
The data controller ensures that stored data, server access rights, and other critical personal data are handled confidentially and only by employees whose job description includes such tasks.

9. Right of Access and Right to Request Correction
Every person in the register has the right to check the information stored about them and to request correction of incorrect or incomplete information.
If a person wants to check the data stored about them or request a correction, the request must be sent in writing to the data controller.
The data controller may request the requester to verify their identity if necessary.
The data controller will respond within the timeframe specified in the EU GDPR (generally within one month).

The data subject has the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the register ("right to be forgotten").
Likewise, data subjects have other rights in accordance with the EU GDPR, such as the right to restrict data processing in certain situations.
Requests must be sent in writing to the data controller. The controller may request proof of identity if necessary.
The controller will respond within the timeframe specified in the EU GDPR (generally within one month).
